The King founded the library on January 1st, after being announced in the Christmas Message. The Library contains numerous books and documents, including many relevant to the history of the Kingdom.
The Library is in two parts – The Downstairs, the smallest, is situated in the Royal Study, and focuses on all the documents of the empire and books the King has written; The Upstairs, the largest, is situated in the Royal Quarters, contains other books, predominantly history and Star Wars.
From now on, a copy of every piece of Lyteran legislation will be deposited in the Library. An online catalogues of the items in the library can be seen here. The catalogue is to be updated whenever a new book is acquired.
In other news, HRH Princess Siobhan and HRH Prince Robert are expecting a child, due in July of this year. The baby, regardless of gender, will be 5th in line for the throne.
