Lyteran Armed Forces suspended, LDA barred from running

In response to the Workers Alliance’s accusations into the LDA using the Army as a propaganda tool, the King attempted to investigate the matter, instead ending up in an argument with Duke Matthew, De Facto highest ranking military officer.

After a ruthless bout of swearing from the Duke, he attacked the Monarch before retreating. In response and a further lack of co-operation, the King stated he had no choice but to pass the Fall Schwarz Proclamation, effectively suspending the Military (notably excluding the Pink Berets, but suspending Matthew’s role in the group) and the LDA whilst an investigation is conducted.

This act was not an act favoured by the King, as he himself stated, but it was the only course of action that could be taken. This has massive repercussions on the election. The LDA were expected to get the second largest percentage of the vote behind the Royalists, and with the Party suspended, many wonder who’ll fill the gap.

Most people assume the Workers Alliance will scoop up the most seats, but the Greens, not the most popular party but not the least, may be able to take advantage of the situation, along with the LNP, LWRP and JJP.

Duke Matthew has not been publicly informed at the time of writing. His reaction will be added in addendum when he is informed.

BREAKING NEWS: THE KING HAS OUTLAWED THE LDA, LWCP AND SPL, CITING ANTI-MONARCHIST SENTIMENTS AND TREASON AGAINST THE STATE.
